Prior to founding JP Equity Partners in 2018, Jason was a Director at a similar firm, where he spent 5 years servicing a range of high net worth and institutional investors.

Jason specialises in bringing companies and/or projects to market and providing capital raising solutions for them.  He is experienced in corporate advisory, trading securities and sophisticated investor placements and has a comprehensive network and strong relationships in Australia and overseas.

Jason has led many companies through successful IPO’s, capital raising and corporate transactions.  He prides himself on developing long term relationships with clients and working closely with boards and senior management throughout their company’s growth, as a result he is able to realise ultimate value for all clients.

Jason has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia, he is RG146 compliant, ADA1 compliant and has completed the AICD Company Directors Course.

Nic has been a Partner and Director at JP Equity Partners since 2018 and has over 10 years experience investing in, financing and overseeing the management of growth businesses having advised and funded numerous ASX companies from early-stage venture capital, through to successful IPO’s.

Prior to joining JP Equity, he was a Director at a boutique, full-service stockbroking firm for over 5 years and also worked with global leading, UK based Alternate Investment Management firm that specialises in quantitative investing. In his capacity as Director, Nic overseas day to day operations at JP Equity and manages the equity investments of a select portfolio of clients including institutional funds, family offices and private HNW investors.

Nic holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Professional Diploma in Stockbroking (RG146- Superannuation, Margin Lending) from the Stockbrokers Association of Australia, is a Graduate in Asset Management from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jacqui joined JP Equity Partners in 2022 as our Corporate Executive, responsible for the oversight and project management of all corporate transactions.

She is now Head of Operations, overseeing all operational activities for the business and ensuring smooth and efficient outcomes for staff and clients. Jacqui has more than 10-years’ experience working in Corporate Finance for a range of financial services companies including most recently Australia’s leading independent mid-market investment bank.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UWA and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 25 years’ experience in the securities, finance and corporate advisory industries, with particular emphasis in the natural resources, energy and information technology sectors.

He has founded, and acted as both CEO and non-executive director, for a number of ASX listed companies and has been instrumental in the growth of these companies by way of mergers and acquisitions. Through his career, Matthew has developed an extensive network of equity capital market connections.

Daniel has 5 years’ experience in the Finance industry, currently working with Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Wealth Managers and roadshows companies through Singapore and Hong Kong providing corporate exposure for JP Equity Partners and investors in Asia.

Before joining the JP Equity Partners team, Daniel worked for Colonial First State in Sydney where he executed trades for some of the largest funds in Australia.

Over the past 3 years, Daniel has spent his time marketing ASX listed companies to investors and building a network across Australia, developing strong relationships with Companies, Corporate advisers, Wealth Managers, Mainstream Media and Marketing companies and striving to get the best results for his clients.

Daniel holds a Business and Marketing Degree from MaCleay College, Sydney.

Tyler has over 5 years’ experience in the finance industry and has been an active participant in the stock market for the last decade. Before joining JP Equity Partners, Tyler worked for a boutique accounting firm specialising in business advisory and preparation of financial statements for companies within a wide range of industries. Tyler is the Head of the trading desk for JP Equity Partners and is responsible for on market execution of client orders.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in corporate finance and financial accounting from the University of Western Australia. Tyler is a member of the Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) and is RG146 compliant and he is currently completing the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Andrew provides an extensive background in energy and resources analysis, for private and public Australian equity capital markets. Andrew’s passion for equity markets and corporate advisory is bolstered by his work in a diverse number of roles at JP Equity Partners and his active participation as a private investor for several years.

Andrew has Bachelor of Science, Engineering Science, Chemical Specialisation, from the University of Western Australia and is RG146 compliant.
